Description

The Student IEP Quick Snapshot was created for Case Managers to complete about the students on their caseloads. This snapshot is a great way to quickly communicate with general education staff about each student.

  1. Print Student IEP Quick Snapshot (3 per. page)
  2. Complete for each student.
  3. Cut Out each snapshot to handout to teachers (optional) or keep as a whole sheet.

This document is great to give to:

  • Teachers at the beginning of the year.
  • When a new student qualifies for services.
  • When services change for a student.

This also is a great tool to have on hand when there will be a Substitute Teacher in your classroom. The Student IEP Quick Snapshot also prompts teachers to collaborate with you when they come to pick up the accommodations.
