IEP MODIFICATION AND QUICK REFERENCE TEACHER BINDER

This handy form is a must have for ALL teacher binders. What a time saver it has been for me! As a special education teacher I was constantly flipping through pages of accommodations and modifications for each student I served. I wanted to be sure everyone got what they needed to access the curriculum, but I thought there must be a better way than all the page flipping. So, I created this document to assist with implementing accommodations and modifications for students with special needs. I thought it would be much handier to have them all on one page in my teacher binder rather than several pages to flip through when planning and implementing lessons. I also provided this form with the accommodations page from the students IEP for the teachers who share these students with me and received terrific feedback! This form is editable so you can quickly customize it for your own students. This download also includes an informational letter and directions for use.
