What educators are saying

I used this for data tracking. I like it but most of my kids have more than 4 goals. I did find one where there is room for 8 goals and will probably purchase that for next year.
This spreadsheet is a lifesaver! I don't have many goals to track, but in the classroom with a lot of students, this would be very helpful! I love how it calculates the average and it is very user-friendly. Thank you!

Description

If you are looking for an efficient, digital, and easy-to-use system to help you progress monitoring/track data on IEP goals - you have found it!

As an intervention specialist with large caseloads (up to 24!), I know the value of simple, efficient systems. This spreadsheet is the BEST data collection system I have created to track my students' progress towards their IEP goals.

The Google Sheet template includes:

  • Caseload "at a glance" page, showing you all students and the areas they have goals (formatted to update when goal is added to the student's tab)
  • Build for an entire school year, 8 progress reporting periods
  • Each students’ data is on a separate page for privacy and clarity
  • Four goals per student (labels are editable)
  • Formatting averages up to 5 trials per goal (able to edit to include more, see how here)
  • Template is built to 25 students
  • Names in the “Caseload” tab are hyperlinks to that student’s unique tab
  • As you add goals, the subjects with a goal turn yellow on the “Caseload” tab
