The PowerPoint is an interactive presentation that teaches students about poetry through culrtural expression. This unit includes activities structured for the analysis of poetry elements, figurative language and structure. There are guided activities for limerick and acrostic poems.

The Student Workbook contains engaging activities with clear instructions and steps to complete variety of simple tasks. A variety of graphic organisers are also included to help students create their own poems.

Self-assessment, Peer-assessment, and feedback are key processes in this unit and the workbook allows students to engage in these activities.
