Description

This bundle set, which includes seven detailed lessons and activities and six detailed study guide activities and six detailed TEACHER ANSWER KEYS, are aligned with the IBO's 2020 IB History Curriculum.

The lesson topics include the following:

1. The Crimean War - primary source activity and newspaper project guideline and rubric;

2. The Russo-Japanese War - artwork analysis activity and examining the weaknesses within the Imperial Russian military;

3. The Balkans Crisis and the Outbreak of the First World War - primary source activity, the formation of alliances in the First World War, and newspaper articles project guideline and rubric;

5. The Russian Revolution - the Political, Socioeconomic, and Military Causes - primary source activity with graphic organizers;

6. The Establishment of the Soviet Union under Lenin - primary source activity with T-Charts on the methods and means that the Bolsheviks used to consolidate their power in war-torn (First World War, October Revolution, and Civil War) Russia;

7. Historiography on the Emergence of the Bolshevik Party during and in the aftermath of the October Revolution in 1917 and during the civil war era - primary and secondary source activity with graphic organizers.
