Lifetime Licenses TERMS OF USE and F.A.Q

Who else will have access to the clip-art collections?

Only buyers of the product should have access to the collection. Sharing clip-art with other teachers (same building or otherwise) or friends (even with good intentions) is violating the terms of use.

Do you offer refunds?

Due the nature of the product (downloadable and therefore unreturnable), I am unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with a clip-art image or notice a mistake, please feel free to email illumismart@gmail.com and we will take a look at what we can do. Illumismart offers a variety of ways to test out art style and quality before purchases.

Scroll through the store to access freebies, thumbnail previews, downloadable clip-art previews, and user comments/ratings before purchasing the Store Bundle. Make sure all Terms of Use are understood and read prior to a Store Bundle purchase.

What is the difference between the types of Lifetime Licenses?

a) The Community Lifetime License includes all clip-art from the CommUNITY line (mostly diverse people). CommUNITY Lifeitme License does not include academic sets with people (such as Hamlet, historical etc. unless marked with COMMUNITY on the cover such as Teens/Tech or Middle School Math which IS included.) It does NOT include seasonal/holiday clip-art of people or objects. Purchase only covers CommUNITY clip-art.

b) The Holiday/Seasonal Lifetime License includes all clip-art that is considered holiday (Christmas, Kwanzaa, etc.) or seasonal (Winter, Fall). It includes kids and objects. This Lifetime License does not include academic sets with people (such as Hamlet etc. unless marked with COMMUNITY on the cover.) It does not include general CommUNITY clip-art such as diverse kids. Purchase only covers CommUNITY clip-art.

b) The Lifetime License option includes ALL current clip-art and ANY future clip-art

c) The CommUNITY Lifetime License option includes all CommUNITY current clip-art and ANY future clip-art sets in the months/years to come. :) It does not include seasonal or holiday sets.

How will I get access to the file containing all the folders?

Buyers who purchase before 9/22/2019 will have access to an offsite folder that contains a link and password to the storage site. They can also access via this Bundle feature on TPT. Buyers who purchase after 9/22/2019 can access new files through TPT's Bundle feature.

Can buyers who purchased before the bundle feature still access the offsite files?

Yes. Buyers who purchased before 9/22/2019 can access the files through the offsite file in addition to the TPT Bundle feature.

Will new files continue to be added to the offsite files?

Yes, new files will also be added to the offsite files.

Why are files available in the TPT Bundle format?

When the Lifetime Licenses were first announced, the TPT Bundle feature was not yet available. Now that it is accessible, this decision was made due to ...

a) ease of access (No hassle with links and passwords)

b) allows for quicker upload and download

c) better previews for potential buyers

d) ability to notify subscribers of new content

e) basically...we believe it is better and benefits subscribers. However, offsite access will continue as well.

I am a new buyer. Can I also have offsite access?

While we believe the new TPT Bundle system works best for subscriptions and growing bundles, I would be happy to send you a link to offsite access if you prefer this method. Simply email me at illumismart@gmail.com.

What are the formats?

All files are organized into zip. folders (either bundles or individual sets). Clip-art is in png. format, BW/Color and 300 dpi.

What clip-art usage is considered acceptable?

Using clip-art in products (personal, classroom, marketplace sites, and sold on TPT), blogs, powerpoints, books,website images, BOOM and product covers are considered acceptable use. Credit must be given somewhere within the product (such as a cover page or terms, etc.) More info and specifics regarding TOU can be found in this download:

Unacceptable use includes sharing (public or with friends), selling/sharing clip-art individually or as a collection, or not giving credit/proper notice if unflattened. (See terms in files for more specific guidelines.)

*Clip-art may not used in products made to be distributed, shared, or uploaded on Amazon Inspire

*Copying materials by Illumismart for more than one teacher or classroom, or for an entire department, school, or school system is prohibited. This product may not be distributed or displayed digitally for public view, uploaded to school or district websites, distributed via email, or submitted to file sharing sites such as Amazon Inspire.

What if the collection is missing a clip-art set that is in the store?

It should be in the TPT Bundle generated file (if for the correct Lifetime License)! New product will mostly be added as single sets, but sometimes they may be in a bundle. If you are unable to find it, contact Illumismart@gmail.com. There is a chance I could have missed one and will be happy to upload it or help you locate it! :)

Can I get a better look at the clip-art that is in each set?

The best way to do it is to check out the clip-art in Illumismart's store! Each product in the store (singular or bundle sets) have "preview" images that give potential buyers an idea of the clip-art that is available. Many contain sample "freebie" previews to give viewers a sense of the art. Also, feel free to download Illumismart freebie sets to check out the style and quality and see if it suits your needs.

For Lifetime License buyers, how will I know when new clip-art is added?

New files will be uploaded to the TPT Lifetime Bundle within 1 week of download (usually earlier). Starting September 2019, subscribers will be alerted of new downloads through the TPT buyer notification option.
