Healthy Snack Planning Sheet and Rubric

This activity asks students to plan a healthy snack for toddlers/small children. The worksheet and rubric account for snack name, picture, ingredients and materials list. It requires three of the five food groups to be incorporated and for students to think through serving/eating details and choking hazards for small children.
