This worksheet is used to help students adjust their thinking in order to focus on the positive aspects of their lives and to promote health and wellness and to reduce stress. They will keep track of positive highlights from each day for a week and focus on trying to achieve as many of the items listed as possible. Finish the activity with an all class discussion.
