Description
Taking anecdotal notes during guided reading can be time consuming and overwhelming. This form will help you pinpoint your students' reading behaviors and decided on which reading instructional focus for your next Guided Reading lesson. Use it to take low inference notes and identify your students' successes or struggles as readers. It's a wonderful resource to have when referring students to get evaluated, RTI, AIS and/or conferencing with parents.
