Description
Guided Meditations for Secondary School Students, with age-appropriate language.
Many guided meditation scripts that can be found online cater only to a certain age group of students - Primary or Elementary. Older students can feel talked down to or even condescended to when they are guided through a meditation with more child-friendly language. This is a problem, because those students are missing out on the fantastic benefits of mindfulness meditation.
In this pack you will find an beginner course age-appropriate guided meditations for Secondary School. Each meditation lasts approximately 7 minutes and contains the entire script for conducting a meditation from start to finish - including timings. No preparation needed.

While aimed at the Secondary School (Middle and High School) student, this resource can also be used at Grades 5,6, and 7 with more mature cohorts of students. I have also conducted these meditations with Adult audiences and found them to be equally effective.
