Green Eggs and Ham Permission Form

Every year across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate in NEA’s Read Across America Day. This is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on Dr. Seuss’s birthday, which is March 2nd. Sometimes, we like to do this by tasting Seuss-inspired treats. Here is a handy form to ask permission. It is a word document that can be modified to include any type of treat. Please, keep in mind that although the poem on it is also inspired by the Fabulous Dr. Seuss, it is an Original work by yours truly. Please, give credit where credit is due. Thank you and enjoy! ;-)
