This is quite a comprehensive presentation on different techniques used in graphic novels such as panels, symbolism, bleed, splash page, graphic weight, framing etc. The ppt has examples and definitions of each and should be paired with my graphic novels notetaking sheet which also has a practise comic page for students to annotate. This is a great introductory resource to studying any graphic novel.
