Grammar and Vocabulary Bundle for Speech Therapy

These grammar and vocabulary skills like past tense verbs, plural nouns, antonyms, synonyms, and homophones are now included in a bundle. Support 3-5th grade students in speech and language therapy in seasons and holiday-themed word activity and game format. It is also great for older students who struggle with these skills due to language impairments developmental and cognitive delays and students who are bilingual emergent.

5 Themed Resources are included in this bundle: Winter, Spring, Fall, Christmas, and Easter. Each resource includes 7-word activities and games for each of the following skills:

*Regular past tense verbs

*Irregular past tense verbs

*Regular plural nouns

*Irregular plural nouns

*Antonyms

*Synonyms

*Homophones

The activities and games are available as printables or interactive digital activities using TPT EASEL.

Directions for the games:

Each game can be played with 1-2 people.

For 2 players: The first player looks for a word pair (e.g., antonyms, synonyms, etc.). Then, the player puts plastic chips on them. If it is digital, use an electronic device to play by moving circular shapes over word pairs onto the game board. Then, the second player does the same. The first player to get 4 chips in a row (in any direction), wins the game.

For 1 player: Set a timer for a designated amount of time. Students should try to see how many word pairs they can find before the timer goes off. See the preview to see more of how this resource can support you and your students.
