Grammar Skit- Parts of Speech-Fluency Practice

This engaging and silly skit can be used in unlimited ways to teach more than just the eight parts of speech. It can be used to enhance reading fluency in a safe and silly environment, as well as be used to study different types of text as this is a script. The eight parts of speech come to life in this skit, and for the first time all join in together in one skit (See my other 2 Parts of Speech Grammar Skits). This skit is written as a sequel to the other Parts of Speech Grammar Skit, but can be used without doing the others first. The other two skits just go into more detail of the definition and purpose of each part of speech, where this one definitely teaches it, but it a more subtle manner.

This skit comes in black and white, and in a color coded version. The color coded version has all the parts of speech color coded to enhance student understanding of the concepts.

It also comes with headbands for each part. You can print these headbands in black and white on color paper to match the color coded skit, or print the color version of the headbands.

This skit has 10 parts: Narrator 1, Narrator 2, Noun, Verb, Pronoun, Adverb, Adjective, Interjection, Conjunction, and Preposition.
