Description

The Kindergarten level was so popular... that I created more for the Pre-K Level... and now after further request - Grade 1 and above.

Updates! This assessment is now expanded for up to 24 students on one sheet.

Also included links to each students tab on the cover page to make it EVEN easier!

-----------------

This bundle includes all 3 Phonological Awareness Automated assessments. They contain different assessment words. I like to use one for the beginning of the year, one for middle and one for the end of year.

From my TPT store this bundle includes 3 products:

1. Grade 1 - Form 1

2. Grade 1 - Form 2

3. Grade 1- Form 3

These Google Sheet assessment forms assess the following phonological awareness skills:

- Onset Fluency: Initial phoneme isolation

- Blending 3-4 phonemes into words.

- Final phoneme isolation

- Segmenting words into phonemes (3 and 4 phonemes)

- Isolating Medial Sounds in words

- Adding initial phonemes

- Deleting initial phonemes

- Substituting initial phonemes

Each form also includes:

Space to record student data for up to 24 students at once*** (As per request)

Automatic class report generator - get a quick summary of all your students on one page, easily printable and colour coded. Includes automatic summary of students behaviour during the assessment.

Automatic Differentiation Groups Generator - Based on their assessment performances, students are automatically sorted in to groups for future differentiated instruction.

This can be used with students from KG through to Grade 2.
