Goal Setting Worksheet

This is a worksheet designed to help younger students learn what goals are and create realistic and attainable goals. The four-page worksheet includes education on what goals are and why we make them, and takes each student through a step-by-step process on how to brainstorm goals, evaluate them to choose the best ones, and reflect on how to achieve them. On the last page, they are prompted to come up with one thing that they can do right now to achieve their goal, which could lead into another activity.
