Description

These engaging 2D Shape Tracing and Coloring Pages integrate geometry, prewriting, fine motor and the holidays for your December activities! Included in the pack are pages for 12 shapes in 2 worksheet styles.

The worksheets are a perfect first step on your students' handwriting journey. I've created sweet gingerbread characters for each shape to help motivate your students.

Included is:

  • a page with one large gingerbread to trace and color
  • a page with a gingerbread and multiple smaller plain shapes in various sizes, orientations and style

Students will trace the large shape, followed by an internal detail - circles, loops and wavy lines.

  • perfect for First Grade, Kindergarten and Pre-K
  • a great companion to my original Big Shape Tracing packet
  • idea: use markers to outline and pencil to color or shade
