STUDENTS LOVE IT!
This is a wonderful way to engage students in your geometry unit! I love using this as an introduction to symmetry, and the students tell me this is one of their favorite activities we do during our math time.
THIS DOWNLOAD INCLUDES:
In this download you will receive a black and white and color template that can be used to introduce symmetry in your classroom. It can also be used as a practice activity during centers. All you are required to do is take photos of your students, cut them in half, and paste them on the template. Students will then complete the "selfie" by attempting to draw in a symmetrical version of their faces to "finish the picture".
