Description
Genetics (Traits, heredity, punnett squares, dominant, recessive) Emoji
Students will engage in a hand-on activity with their shoulder partner. This activity can also be modified for independent completing for those scholars who might have specials needs or accommodations.
Students will review terminology such as alleles, traits, genotypes, phenotypes, dominant and recessive during this activity. Students will then use their critical and creative sides to create their own Emoji creations.
This activity is great to review before an assessment or after teaching a unit. This can also be used when you plan to be out and students can have fun while reviewing their genetics topics.
Your feedback is so important to me! I use it as a guide to update and create resources. I strive for 5 star products that are loved by teachers and students. If you questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out!
