Description
Genetic modification... a very interesting topic which can be used to learn and discuss many controversial issues. In order to learn about biotechnology and how genes are modified, we suggest you to use this resource which includes:
- Watching a Netlflix episode from the documentary "Unnatural Selection".
- Answering questions BEFORE watching it, helping your pupils to INFER.
- Taking down notes.
- Answering questions about content and analysing what is shown.
- Doing research on topics related to genetic modification and reflecting about them.
MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES are addressed as well as promoting reflection on your pupils!
The whole activity may demand 6/7 hrs or 3 days (since it implies working individually, watching the episode, working in small groups and correcting/ sharing ideas orally).
