Ideas on how to use the scripts:

English:
- Read the script as a class/in pairs/groups. Then discuss the different 'parts' of the script. Narration, speech, directions e.t.c
- Create visual storyboards using the script. Imagine how the script would look visually.

- What happens next...Write another scene that could be added to the end of the script.

- Readers Theater and comprehension check questions.

Drama:
- Split your class into small groups and give each group a script to practice. The students will then create their own scene using the script provided. Perform for the class.

- Read the script as a class then improv as the characters.

- Rehearse and perform the scripts for a parent's evening/talent show.

- Create different elements to support the scripts such as; posters for the shows, costumes for the characters, set ideas, and character profiles.

Thanks,
Danielle
