Freebie - January Middle and High School Goal Setting Activity

This January freebie focuses on goal setting and metacognition. As an educator, we all know the value and impact of setting goals and writing them down. A study done by Forbes magazine found that people who vividly describe their goals in written form are 1.2 or 1.4 more likely to be successful than those who don’t.

Students will set goals by looking back at the previous month as well as looking forward to the current month.
