⭐⭐ 8 Subtraction Games (all in color and blackline) ⭐⭐
Each of the 8 games comes in 3 levels
⭐ Kindergarten Subtraction Games
Kinder = Level K Fluent subtraction within 5 and subtracting within 10 using picture scaffolds and manipulatives
1st Grade = Level 1 Fluent subtraction within 10 and subtracting groups of 10 from other groups of 10 example 90-20
2nd Grade = Level 2 Fluent subtraction within 20 and subtracting groups of 10 from any number up to 120.
In the BUNDLE you would get:
⭐⭐ 24 Subtraction Games (8 in each level, all in color and blackline)
⭐ Subtraction Rocks: practice solving equations. If you land on "Rock On!" You get to move forward an extra space! Equations based on levels mentioned above.
⭐ The Cocoa Shop: practice solving equations using money (Level K uses coins that have been crossed out, Level 1 uses cents& level 3 uses pennies and nickels). Subtract 1-6 using a dice.
⭐ Sunken Subtraction Treasure: practice solving equations by subtracting groups of 10 to earn gems. (Level K equations are within 10 using the ten-frame and printable manipulatives. Level 1 subtractions groups of 10 from other groups of 10 like 90-20. Level 2 Subtract groups of 10 from any number through 100 like 97-20).
⭐ Space Subtraction BUMP: Subtract the number rolled from 10 or 20 and cover it on the game. Level K has 10-frame picture scaffolds. BUMP your opponent if they are covering your answer.
⭐ The Magic Subtraction Show: practice solving equations, most use doubles facts. If you land on "a magic icon" you get to move to the person holding that icon! This game is full of doubles facts within 10 or 20. Level K has fluent subtraction within 5.
⭐ Subtraction Roll & Cover: Whatever number you roll is the difference you cover! This can be a challenging game for fact fluency since kids have to solve a lot of equations to find the correct difference. Level K rolls determine which color to solve equations within 5 fluently.
⭐ Subtraction Goals: In this 2 player game, kids roll a dice solve and cover an equation in that category. The GOAL is to cover all your equations first! Equations based on levels mentioned above.
⭐ Subtraction POP!: Play alone, with a partner or as a small group! Take turns solving cards. If you get the answer right, keep the card as a point. Get it wrong, and someone can steal if they know the right answer. But, be CAREFUL.... if you pull a POP! card, you have to put all your cards back in the pile!
There is a huge variety of equation cards! The cards are color-coded with balloons for level K (within 5) level 1 (within 10) & level 2 (within 20), plus there are EDITABLE cards! This is level 2 for 2nd grade.
There are printable game pieces included for each game in color and bw. There are also number lines, 100 & 120 charts for students to use.
I recommend printing on cardstock and laminating them before using to make them last longer. I personally recommend HP Instant Ink for printing in color.
