Description
This exercise is a nice introduction to free speech in the United States for a US Government class. I use this as an opener to discussing free speech in the United States. It is a fan and pick game that aligned with Kagan Cooperative Learning structures and strategies. It is NOT important that students know the answer to each situation. The point is simply to get students thinking and talking about the limits around free speech.
This can also be printed off and serve as flashcards for free speech cases in the US. Perfect for AP US Government review over supplemental cases.
