Description
Assalamu Alaikum (peace be upon you) and Ramadan Mubarak! It is that time of the year again when Muslims around the world come together to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.
Ramadan is a special time for us because it is when the Holy Qur’an was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and grant him peace). During this month, we fast from sunrise to sunset, which means we don't eat or drink anything during the day. It's time for us to reflect on our lives, practice self-discipline, and show gratitude for all of God's blessings.
For kids, Ramadan can be a fun and exciting time too! You can see your family and friends more often, attend a private prayer in the mosque, and enjoy delicious food during iftar (the meal we eat after breaking the fast). You can also use this month to focus on your faith, read more of the Qur'an, and help those in need.
Parents, you can encourage your children to make the most of this month by including them in Ramadan activities. This can include decorating the house with Ramadan decorations, preparing iftar meals together, and participating in charity events. You can also use this month to teach your children the importance of giving back to the community and helping those in need.
As a special gift for the month of Ramadan, I am giving this little gift to the children. I hope you will accept it and enjoy it
