Fountas and Pinnell Parent Reporting Sheet

This document allows teachers to share students' Fountas and Pinnell reading levels with parents throughout the school year. It places students into 4 different performance categories. The sample shows how to set up the document. The actual template can be accessed on page 2 of this document. The school name, school logo, date, Fountas and Pinnell level and return date can be inputted by the teacher. This is an excellent way for teachers to communicate with parents and keeping them up to date with their child's academic performance in the classroom.
