Description
This project allows students to investigate a foodborne illness of choice. As detectives they try to solve the case of their selected foodborne illness. Students will use an online poster making website (Glogster) to create their Most Wanted Posters. You can modify the project though in order to use any technology option of choice. This project could be used in any grade level in high school to teach about safety in the kitchen and food borne illness. The assignment has been used by both my grade 10 and grade 12 nutrition students and they all really enjoyed it!
