Description

High quality fitness planner. Super excited to offer this download!

I use this for our weight training/fitness unit and it is amazing.

This is a digital download of a fitness planner that you can print, fold in half, and turn into a booklet for students to use during the entire unit.

Great for the weight room, fitness units, or to use one day at a time, even for personal use at a gym.

Includes: 16 logs with 10 exercises, 6 sets each page • One rep max and progress tracker • Workout routine planner • Labeled muscle diagram • Cardio tracker • Sample exercises for major muscle groups • Motivational quote on each log.

It is in full color but I prefer to print it out in black/white.

Directions for printing booklet:

-Print out original copy.

-Set printer settings to print 1 to 2 sided, or 2 to 2 sided depending on original.

-Make sure to select auto rotate second page. (sometimes rotate side 2)

-Print as many copies as you would like.

(If your printer does not have the setting to auto rotate alternative pages, you will have to manually rotate every other page before printing.)

-Fold each booklet in half, and staple down the seam.

(you may want to purchase a booklet stapler which makes things significantly easier)

Please message me if you need help with printing.

If you love it, please leave a rating. If you don't, please let me know how I can improve it for you.
