Description
Student conferences often go so fast, with not enough time to record all observations and notes. This checklist should help solve your problem! As you work with a student you can mark off your observations, and then determine your conference teaching point. The column on the right allows you to record any additional notes you may want to jot down, and next steps for that student. Below are some examples of observations or goals you will see. There are 27 of included in the checklist, but there is also a space for you to fill in your own!
*This checklist is fully editable, but goals are chosen according to first grade skills.
*Suggestion: store in a folder with prongs, hole punch at top of page
