Field trip prep just got easier! These editable zoo/jungle themed field trip forms & more are perfect for planning and organizing a field trip to the zoo, wildlife exhibit, or any other field trip. Here is what’s included:

EDITABLE Pages:
PLEASE NOTE that the words “edit with” in these descriptions indicate exactly what part of each page is editable. For more information please read the FAQs below.
*Permission Slip – Slip has choices for permission (yes/no), Sack lunch or cafeteria lunch, parent chaperone volunteers. Edit with teacher name, destination, date, time.
*Chaperone Letter – (4 versions)a letter sent to parents after permission slips have been returned about chaperones. Version 1 – volunteers drawn raffle style and only parents on list will be joining field trip. Version 2 – volunteers drawn raffle style but parents who provide their own transportation can join. Version 3 – volunteers drawn raffle style but parents who provide their own transportation and entry fee can join. Version 4 – all parent volunteers can join. Edit with teacher name and chaperone names.
*Sack Lunch Reminder – Reminder for parents who choose to provide sack lunch for their child. Edit with student name.
*Field Trip Reminder – Reminder to be passed out day prior to field trip. Edit with any reminders or special instructions.
*Name Tags ***Can be printed on sticky labels! (2”x4”, 10 per sheet).*** 6 different pages with 6 different zoo/jungle animals. You can assign students to an animal group. Animals are: monkey, zebra, elephant, lion, giraffe, and tiger. Coordinates with group organizer and info for chaperone handouts. Edit with information you would like on name tags.
*Field Trip Group Organizer – For teacher to organize students in animal groups. Coordinates with name tags and info for chaperone handouts. Animals are: monkey, zebra, elephant, lion, giraffe and tiger. Edit with chaperone names and student names.
*Permission Slip Check Off List – 2 versions. Version 1 – student name, y/n permission, lunch, chaperone. Version 2 – has same as version 1 plus $. Edit with student names.
*Agenda – For teacher organization. Edit with field trip schedule.
*Will Return At Sign – For display outside classroom. Edit hands of clock to show return time.
*Trip Info – Important information about field trip, good for office copy. Edit with field trip information.
*Field Trip Info for Chaperones –
*Chaperone Thank You Cards – (quarter fold) one color version and one black and white version. Edit with thank your message and teacher name.

NON-EDITABLE Pages:
*My Field Trip – 3 pages for a follow up writing activity about the field trip. One page with space for student drawing. One page with lines only. One page with extra lines.
*Reminder Bracelets (3) – reminders for students to bring back permission slips, reminders for students who are bringing a sack lunch, and reminders that the field trip is tomorrow.

Q: Can you make everything editable?
A: No, making “everything editable” would violate the terms of use of the digital graphics. I have to honor those terms of use. PLEASE, do not buy this and then leave a poor rating because “everything” is not editable.

Q: Can I add more text boxes in this document?
A: Yes! I have already inserted text boxes to make it easier for you, but you can certainly add more if you need them.
