Description

This set of 25 writing journals is perfect for a daily writing journal or morning work for lower grades to practice writing. It is themed for winter and is comprised of a specific topic for each day of the week. For example, "My Favorite - Monday" or "Talk About it - Tuesday". It also provides sentence frames for those students who have trouble knowing how to begin writing about a topic. This style of daily work has proven beneficial to my first graders this year as it has provided a sense of routine amid the chaos of COVID-related distance learning. I have found it perfect to assign as "material" to be accessed through the students' Google Classrooms while learning from home.
