Fact Families! Easy to Teach-Easy to learn!

Fact families are an important math concept for first grade, but is often difficult for students who are dyslexic (all those numbers in different order!) or have attention difficulties or short-term memory problems. Research has shown that if a familiar image or memory is linked with a new concept, the concept will be learned more quickly and retained in the memory banks of the brain.
