Facebook Composer Project

This project is made to encourage students to research composers and their lives, listen to their compositions, and most importantly CONNECT the composers and eras of music to what students learn about general history of the world. Based on the time period and musical eras, this focuses on Western composers.

Included:

*Cover page and due date line

*Instruction page outlining what is to be included in the profile

-name

-profile picture

-biography of career (introduction)

-cover photo collage

-5 statuses (2 links to music, 2 events happening at the time of composer's life, 1 creative status)

-general information section (era of music, birth/death, etc)

-3 "friends" (people that were alive at the same time- scientists, politicians, etc)
