❤️ All about Feelings and Emotions Writing Activities, Feeling Strips and More

All about Feelings was created to support students with expressing their feelings and to think of strategies to help them understand their feelings and why they might feel a certain way in a certain situation. It is also designed to show that feelings can change quickly.

The pages can be made into a booklet about feelings. Expressing feeling is such an important life skill. Let’s not forget to support this in the midst of all the academic requirements!

★ A Color and black and white cover are included in this resource.

★ 22 pages about feelings with a blank page to add any feeling desired for past and present situations.

★ Pages to go into the “Cool Down” Spot with selections of what they can do to help themselves feel better and get rid of those “muddy feelings”.
