Description

This FREE sample is from my 5th math word problems which are the perfect addition to your math centers. Designed for 5th grade in mind, this will require students to solve problems and answer questions that help with their reasoning skills (i.e. prove you are correct, how do you know your answer is reasonable, use a 2nd strategy to show the solution to the problem, etc)

In this resource you will receive 2 versions of each prompt. Version 1 include the questions only. Version 2 includes scaffolds to help your struggling learners. This will make differentiation a breeze!I give my students 2 of these every week on the same skill as part of their math centers.
