This license grants a single-user permission to incorporate Creative Clips Clipart in educational digital products with moveable pieces (*restrictions apply). Please download the preview file for specific guidelines and TOU for this license prior to purchasing. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have!
This license applies to past and future clipart purchases/sets. By purchasing this extended license, you are purchasing additional rights to create these products which are NOT permitted in my standard terms of use. All clipart must be purchased separately from my store (no clipart is included in the purchase of this license). By purchasing this license, you are confirming that you have read and understand the TOU provided in the product description and preview.
**THIS LICENSE IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR INFORMATION AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION** After purchasing you will receive directions with a Google Form link where you can quickly register your license by providing some basic information (name, email, TpT store, order ID). Easy peasy!
Again, please read the TOU carefully to make sure this license would be helpful for the products you are creating! Refunds will not be granted.
Extended License Terms of Use:
- All clipart being used as moveable pieces must be combined with text overlay, patterned background or preferably both. Moveable pieces must be saved as a new jpeg or png file prior to being inserted into your document to protect my graphics and your clipart investment. PLEASE SEE EXAMPLE PAGE FOR EASY CLARIFICATION!
- This license ONLY allows moveable pieces in the following product types: Smartboard files, PowerPoint presentations, Google Slides, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive.. This license does NOT extend to any other free or commercial apps you create and distribute through iTunes or other platforms. If you are interested in developing an educational app, please contact me for specific pricing at creativeclipslicense@gmail.com.
- This is a single-user license. All sellers working on collaborative products must obtain their OWN license even if the product is listed in just one store.
- EDUCATIONAL CONTENT IS REQUIRED. As with my standard TOU, my graphics should compliment your products, rather than being the primary component/selling point. Your product should contain unique educational content with a clear instructional use in the classroom that differentiates it from products other sellers might create with the same graphics.
- You may NOT sell digital templates, editable games or other graphic-based products that lack educational content and specific instructional use.
- You must give credit to Creative Clips Clipart in each digital product by including my brand logo and a clickable link to my TpT store, as well as your unique license number.
