In this unit children are learning about place value using tens and ones. Students will use place value to compare and add 2-digit numbers. Students will explore base ten models and learn how to show numbers paying attention to the value of the number and the column it is in.
In each unit I have created a Pre-Test or Study Guide, however you would like to use it. You can give to your students at the beginning to see areas of weakness or you can provide as a study guide before the test. Whatever works best for your classroom. I have provided copies with both titles for you.
Also included are activities that you can use with your students whole group or in stations.
