End of the Year Worksheets for Elementary Art

I created these worksheets to use as a summative activity to assess the students’ year in art - in a fun way! My students have enjoyed the activities and hopefully your students will blow you away with their Art knowledge.

I created each page for a particular grade level, but they can be used interchangeably as you see fit. A few questions are repeated on different sheets, but many questions are only used once. While the kids are given the opportunity to show off their growth over the year, there are plenty of images to color and decorate. All the images, borders, etc. were hand drawn by myself.
Example questions:
- What is a style of art or an artist we learned about this year?
- Draw a self-portait.
- What was your favorite art project this year?
- What are the primary colors?

The end of the year is hectic for everyone! This activity will please everyone. The students can have freedom to color and draw, while you are reviewing and assessing the students in a fun way!
