This memory book is NOT grade specific, meaning there is no mention of a certain grade level. I've included two versions: a wider line-spacing format and a smaller line-spacing format, making this resource suitable for grades 2-6.

I've included a landscape (horizontal) format and a portrait (vertical) format, both of which come in two layouts, depending on if you plan to copy the book single-sided or double-sided, and I've also included two styles of blank book pages for added flexibility.

If you want to add class photos digitally prior to students filling out the printed memory book, I've included a link to a Google Slides version with the memory book pages set as slide backgrounds, where you can insert images/photos, and then print and copy the memory book for students to fill out.

A Canadian/Australian version of the memory book is also included, using UK spelling (e.g. "favourite") and alternative phrasing options (e.g. "Break Time" instead of "Recess Time"; "Subjects" instead of "Specials"; etc.)

Please Note Before Purchase: Most of this resource is NOT editable. However, I have included a PowerPoint file with the cover pages that will allow you to add the grade level of your students, if desired.
