Introducing “Doodle Logic”! This is the first in my new line of logic puzzles in which students choose their friends they want to be in the puzzle.

This is a 2-puzzle set.
• Puzzle 1: ‘Gonna Be a Great Summer, has your students as the star of puzzle!
• They write each friends name next to one of the Doodle Symbols.
• Next, they solve the logic puzzle. Instead of names in the puzzle there are symbols.
• Finally, once they have solved the puzzle they match up their friends’ names with the previously assigned symbol to see what friend is doing what activity.
• Puzzle 2: What Do Teachers Do All Summer???, works the same way but has teachers’ names instead of student names.

This puzzle encourages critical reading and deductive reasoning. Process of elimination is a critical thinking skill used throughout both puzzles.
