This student surveys set was created for students in general and special education. The "Traditional Survey" and "Yes/No Grid" are for all, but have been used for my special education resource classroom. The Fun End of Year Activity Memory Book page is widely flexible and age appropriate for second graders through high school (and even adults, too!). This is a great page to use as a memory book page or to send home with the students on awards day. All surveys are meant to be fun and accessible to all while providing the teacher with valuable information.
