I've included a landscape (horizontal) format and a portrait (vertical) format, both of which come in two layouts, depending on if you plan to copy the book single-sided or double-sided, and I've also included two styles of blank book pages for added flexibility.

If you want to add class photos digitally prior to students filling out the printed memory book, I've included a link to a Google Slides version with the memory book pages set as slide backgrounds, where you can insert images/photos, and then print and copy the memory book for students to fill out.
