End of Year Math Activity: Escape Room - Robot Takeover! End of Year Math Fun.
BOOM Card Version!
The technology and math teachers have deployed robots around the school, and these robots won’t let the students go home for the end-of-year break unless they complete a series of math challenges! Students must solve a series of clues to defeat the robots so they can escape and start their holiday break.

There are a series of five clues for your students to solve, and you can either give each student their own series of clues or have them work in pairs. Some clues can be removed to make the activity shorter.
Challenge One: Unlock the chest: Multiplication and long addition.
Challenge Two: Defeat the Robot: Word problems.
Challenge Three: Find the code word: Decimal addition and subtraction.
Challenge Four: Break into the staff-room: Mode, median, mean.
Challenge Five: Hack into the computer: Multiplying fractions.
A fun end of year escape room math activity that your students will love, and also a great way to review math skills before your students head home for the holidays.
