How do these color by numbers work?
This resource is an end of year themed color by number to help students practice common middle school grammar concepts like comma usage and subject/verb agreement. This resource contains three color by number grammar practice activities. All of the sentences in this resource are end of year or summer themed.
Students first determine, from a list of sentences, which sentence is correct. Then, they color the spaces on the color by number sheet that match the question with the color that corresponds to their chosen answer choice. Students will know they have completed the color by number correctly when it matches the answer key provided.
This end of year themed color by number gives students practice with the following grammar concepts:
Punctuation of sentences with independent and dependent clauses
Subject/Verb Agreement with indefinite pronouns
Subject and Object Pronouns
