What educators are saying
Description
Research shows that reflection plays a critical role in student mastery and retention of learning. Each week, my students use 3 reflection sheets – a plus and delta sheet, as well as, two general Learning Reflection sheets (one for math and one for reading). Throughout the year, I have seen these reflection sheets help focus students and their learning. Students are more mindful of their choices knowing they are being held accountable.
Included in this resource:
*Explicit examples of reflection in my classroom
*Reading Choices Reflection Sheet (teacher table, listening to reading, read to self, read to a partner, word work)
*Guided Math Choices Reflection Sheet
*Learning Reflection Sheet
*End-of-the-Day Plus/Delta Sheet (includes day and behavior reflection)
*Reflection sheets provided in multiple formats to accommodate a variety of classrooms (primary and intermediate). These duplicate pages are not included in the Page Count
*EDITABLE Templates for the end-of-day reflection sheet, reading reflection sheet, and math reflection sheet (Must have PowerPoint 2007 or newer to edit. No clipart is included on editable sheets.)
