Description

The Community On Demand Employability Skills Self-Assessment Worksheet helps learners quickly define, measure, build and name up to 63 high-demand employability skills they have, need and use to complete service-learning, community service, and work-based learning projects. This worksheet can be used with or without the Community On Demand 72-piece card deck.

Skill-Based Achievement Domains

It's five color-coded achievement domains help educators, instructors, teachers, mentors and employers guide learners through skill-recognition activities, discussions and experiences in:

  • Career Awareness & Exploration (Green)
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Blue)
  • Workforce Readiness & Personal Branding (Red)
  • STEAM Career Clusters, Pathways & Industries (Purple)
  • Leadership, Team-Building & Problem Solving (Gold)
