Emotional Regulation Activities Bundle {Posters, Worksheets, Strategies}

I have created a supplemental list of strategies which can be used in conjunction with any program. I have been to dozens of workshops with the term “regulation” in the title, purchase a multitude of books again promising regulation strategies and have watched numerous Webinars and videos. The problem is I come away with five to ten useful strategies or hear the same ones over and over. I took time to put this extensive list of movement activities to increase blood flow, visual techniques and an extensive list of successfully used fidgets. As a school psychologist I have been asked daily for new ideas and I can always come up with something off the top of my head. Now you have access to those ideas.
