Description

Give your students the opportunity to practice classification of characteristics/examples of light waves that can be found on the electromagnetic spectrum. Students may cut up the blocks and sort the characteristics and examples among the electromagnetic waves. Either have students glue on a piece of paper when they are finished or have them label the backs of the cards and store in a sandwich bag stapled to a piece of notebook paper to complete as study prep.

Each EM Wave will have four cards to represent examples or characteristics that fall into that category.
