Each lesson focuses on a single aspect of the election process. Lessons can be used in sequence, or teachers can pick and choose which content to cover. The nine (9) unit lessons present complex information using clear, student-friendly language. Lessons include highlighted vocabulary and review activities. * identifying T/F statements, and

Grading individual lessons is optional, but easy to do. The persuasive/opinion essay activity is explained in an easy-to-understand student handout which contains a complete, sample essay for students to use for guidance. All lesson, quiz, and test answer keys are full-page and include detailed responses to make grading easy.
