Editor's Strategy Card for Emerging Writing: A Tool of What Not to Forget

Writer's use tools. When writers edit their work, they use tools like this one to help them remember what to include, fix or do correctly. This is not a checklist exactly, but a card that serves as a visual reminder each time students write. You can laminate them for your students and they can be housed in their Writing Folders or you can make one copy per table and display it upright, both-sided, for all members of the table to see.
